Diane Hemmerle, Operations Manager

Diane Hemmerle is the Operations Manager for Harvard Abstract, LLC. She oversees the operation and is the direct contact for the Risk/Escrow department. Diane has been in the title insurance industry since 1998 and previously worked in the mortgage lending field for just over a year.

Before joining Harvard Abstract, LLC in June 2002, Diane worked directly for T.A. Title Insurance, a regional underwriter, in many capacities. She was the Pre-Closing Manager for The Closing Network, managed a joint venture and also operated as a "traveling manager" visiting other Joint Venture operations within the company lending support. In 1996 Diane received a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA.

Diane handles residential and commercial transactions; refinances and purchases as well as reverse mortgage closings. She makes active sales calls on a weekly basis to current and potential customers. Diane specializes in communication and interaction with the customers in the industry.

Renee Corper, Escrow Officer

Renee joined Harvard Abstract, LLC in 2004 as Escrow Officer. Prior to joining Harvard, Renee worked for 6 years as a Post Closing Manager for The Closing Network. During that time she disbursed over 300 closings per month. Renee made sure that all payoffs were received and that liens were removed from properties. Renee also assured that borrowers received their proceeds and vendors received payments in a timely fashion once the files were funded. Her current duties at Harvard Abstract include recording mortgages, deeds, satisfactions and assignments. She is also responsible for conveying all purchase files. Renee prepares HUD-1 settlement sheets, closing packages and works on keeping the escrow accounts organized. She most enjoys working with Realtors, lenders and borrowers to bring all parties together to a smooth transaction at the table.

Nicole Davis, Administrative Assistant/Closer

Nicole Davis received a BA in Business Administration/ Economics in 1996 from Immaculata University. She began working with Harvard Abstract, LLC in 2002. At Harvard Abstract, LLC she has many responsibilities including:

* processing the new orders
* bringing down title
* reviewing title for accuracy
* reviewing all HUDs for accuracy
* all attorney review
* preparing HUDs
* closing packages
* policies

Nicole also conducts refinance and purchase closings in PA. Nicole's entire career path has been focused on customer service. She specializes in providing great attention to detail which is shown in all of the work that she conducts for and on behalf of Harvard Abstract, LLC.

Jody Rugh, Conveyancer

Jody Rugh is the conveyancer handling refinances for Harvard Abstract, LLC. She has worked for Harvard Abstract, LLC since April of 2003. Her jobs include scheduling and preparing settlement sheets for closings. She is also responsible for preparing or requesting deeds, subordinations or power of attorneys, and conveying files for closing for all refinances.
